Rockbridge Wrestling is dedicated to using sport to advance and develop the character of student athletes into men who will embrace the leadership challenge as they embark on the journey of becoming successful members of society.
Our Mission Statement
Rockbridge Wrestling is dedicated to using sport to advance and develop the character of student athletes into men who will embrace the leadership challenge as they embark on the journey of becoming successful members of society. In its pursuit of this program objective, Rockbridge Wrestling is steadfast in its commitment to obtain the following program goals:
Social
Develop teammates into young men confident in their ability to use their possessed talent to become productive, positive leaders of their school as well as the greater Rockbridge community through their involvement in the program.
Academic
Become known among the Rockbridge community and throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia as a program committed to excellence in the classroom as evidenced by its continual placement of individuals on their respective academic honor rolls and societies.
Athletic
Annually obtain a level of team success that stretches the abilities of every honorable Rockbridge Wrestling competitor as the program presses toward the prize of its individuals becoming state qualifiers, state placers, and the pinnacle in scholastic wrestling, state champion.
