Leadership is any action or attitude that benefits teammates or the team. In the Rockbridge Wrestling Program, every student-athlete and coach is focused on the leadership goals of the program by striving to collectively reach these goals, leadership in the Rockbridge Wrestling program will become a dominant part of what our program stands for. All teammates must read these goals, envision them, know them, and live them.
